MSA were quick off the mark, with Olivia opening the scoring for us in the 1st minute. But Nottingham responded equally fast to tie the game. As the game progressed, the Nottingham goalie pair continued to make great saves. But MSA’s persistence paid off; 4 goals for Ava, hat-tricks for both Emmi and Nicole, and a brace from Alexis gave MSA the win.
MVP went to Ava for her resilience, non-stop skating and 4 brilliant goals. The team also backed this up, selecting Ava for their hardest worker award.
