U12s played at home and despite playing with a slightly depleted team went out and gave Sheffield a game. We started off well but became overcome with pressure and unfortunately struggled for the last two thirds. The U10s and a player who has been with us a matter of weeks stepped in and it was fantastic to see them in their first 12s games and really apply themselves.
Huey took hardest worker on the day helping support his line forward and in D, and Zakk took home MVP for being relentless and double shifting an entire game for his line and not giving up.
