What a thrilling, hard-fought battle in Nottingham on Sunday – our U19s showed incredible grit, skill, and never-say-die attitude to secure a massive victory!
Thomas, our latest loan player, opened the scoring with an absolute rocket of a wrist shot. That early lead set the tone, and we never looked back.
Our four rock-solid defenders James S, Jamie, James H and Euan locked things down, forcing Nottingham to chase the game all night. From there, Heath and Josh took over with unreal teamwork and solo brilliance, combining for seven goals between them – pure offensive fireworks!
GK Fin delivered one of his strongest performances of the season, stonewalling the opposition and holding them to two goals for most of the match. Nottingham mounted a late comeback, closing to within one goal, but Heath struck again to restore the two-goal cushion and seal the win!

His first U19s hat trick and a monster seven-point performance. Consistent 100-foot passes springing linemates on breakaways, finishing his own chances, and ready for the next shift after just a 30 second break. Absolute superstar stuff!
We rolled with just two lines of forwards and defenders, but the entire team battled relentlessly to grind out this road win. Special shoutout to previous game MVP Euan, who jumped on defense and proved he can excel anywhere with his hard work and sprint skating – versatility at its finest!
