Brilliant to host a home jamboree and even better to give so many new players the chance to play their first games. Every team had a mix of experienced and new players, and it was fantastic for the coaches to see the enjoyment and excitement on every child’s face.
All the games were close and competitive, which shows the great work all the programmes are doing to teach the basics early and build strong foundations for their clubs.
MSA played great hockey across all three lines, with some amazing goaltending from our two goalies.
A huge thank you to all the on-ice and off-ice helpers, and special credit to the incredible cake sale – If you finish a jamboree with smiles all around, you know the kids had a great time — and the MSA team delivered a brilliant home event.
