MSA U14As played a closely contested match against Sheffield, where both teams showed up with disciplined play and structure keeping the game balanced from start to finish.
Both teams were well organised and the goalkeepers were outstanding, making a number of big saves that kept the scoreline down. The Storm players continued their recent run of good team performances, maintaining a high work rate throughout.
Merrick went home with the MVP award for excellent two way play and relentless effort. Jack A earned the Hardest Worker award on his return to the roster after an injury.
